3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless mail bet itself cancels the match or event for any reason.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Odds are generally updated in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, mail bet reserves the right to void or amend the affected bets.
• Arbitrage betting — deliberately exploiting clearly favourable odds on the same event — is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event, and mail bet reserves the right to change them at any time.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mail bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per member.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Typically, a combined total of 10x–30x the deposit and bonus amount must be wagered.
• There is a set deadline to complete wagering requirements. Bonuses will be forfeited if the requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
